Return & Refund Policy

At FODIRI, your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused,
  • be in its original packaging,
  • be in good condition.

Opened, used, or partially used sachets are not refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Any product returned incomplete, used, or damaged by the customer may be refused.

Non-Refundable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain wellness products, personal care items, or opened products cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as FODIRI cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

In the event of an error on our part or a defective product, an appropriate solution may be offered.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can check the situation with the carrier.
